🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Do you ship across Egypt?

Yes! We deliver to all cities and governorates in Egypt.

💸 Shipping Fees:

  • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 70 EGP

  • Other Governorates: 85 EGP

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 1–3 working days (Fridays, Saturdays & holidays excluded)

  • Other Governorates: 2–5 working days (Fridays, Saturdays & holidays excluded)

🔄 REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Packages can be opened at the door for inspection before confirming the order.

  • If you would like to request an exchange or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We’ll process your request as quickly as possible.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • In their original packaging

    • Unworn

    • Clean

💡 Valid Exchange & Refund Cases

  • Defective or incorrect item:
    Neper will cover all return shipping costs. You may request a full refund or exchange, with no extra charges.

  • Personal preference (e.g., size, color, change of mind):

    • You will pay the return shipping fee (between 80–100 EGP, depending on location).

    • For exchanges, you will also pay the new delivery shipping fee.

    • For refunds, you only pay the return shipping fee
